As assassinations go, the JFK assassination was unique for at LEAST a few reasons. First, the very nature of the crime was astonishingly brazen and brutal. Second, the subsequent investigations created more questions than answers. And third, the toppling of the JFK Administration had real-world consequences for America and the world, begging the question - was that its purpose? Or going forward, could it happen again?
This unit is an attempt to answer three basic questions. Why was President Kennedy killed? Who benefited? And who had the power to cover it up?
